Helen Chauhan MSc, MBA, CIHC
Helen is an experienced and highly effective coach who works with individuals and organisations who understand that growing older doesn’t have to mean growing sicker. She is the go-to coach for clients and practitioners who believe that enjoying life-long good health is a goal we should all aspire to. Through her one-on-one and group programs she supports clients to stop the spiral of declining health, empowering them to change direction, regain their vitality and fulfil their potential.
Helen educates her clients to understand how their food and lifestyle can affect their health and supports them to make food and lifestyle changes to achieve their health goals. She has helped hundreds of clients lose weight, reduce the need for medication and address chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, polycystic ovarian syndrome and autoimmune disease.
Helen is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and holds an MSc in Health Coaching & Applied Nutrition.
