Scheduling & Visits

Coaching Accessibility

You can access our coaching services in person, online and over the phone.  

Email Etiquette

Clients have unlimited email contact with their coach between appointments . However, if an email question or request is deemed to be too complicated or involved for a response via email we may require that you  schedule a phone, video or in person visit instead of responding via email.

Scheduling & Cancellations

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all appointments with your health coach. Cancelling within 24-hours may result in a charge. 

No-shows: If you do not show up to a phone, video or in person appointment without notifying your coach either via email or by changing the appointment you will be charged the full fees for you missed session.

Health Coaching Services

Health Coaching Services are not covered by Medicare or Private Health Fund rebates.
